It offers two variants of internal memories of 16 and 32GB, which don’t support expansion, so you’re stuck with them. The original version of the OS is Microsoft Windows Phone 8, but now the phone operates on the 8.1 version.

The HTC One has a quad core 1.7GHz Krait 300 processor based on a Qualcomm APQ8064T Snapdragon 600 chipset and it’s coupled with an Adreno 320 GPU. This phone has 2GB of RAM and the internal memories are also unexpandable, with the capacities of 32 and 64GB. The phone came out of the factory with Android v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean), then it received the v4.3 (Jelly Bean), and finally, now it operates on v4.4.3 (KitKat).
