Samsung prefers evolution than revolution.
The company has proved it again with a launch of the Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone. The enhanced fitness and health tracking abilities, evolved camera, larger battery and the fingerprint scanner makes the Galaxy S5 a more secure smartphone than its predecessors. The Galaxy S5 has a bigger battery, altered design, a quick processor, bigger and brighter screen that makes the smartphone smarter in comparison to its previously released models.
In comparison to the Galaxy S5, the recently launched Blackberry Z30 comes with enhanced features. The Blackberry Z30 is truly admirable and deserving of the flagship status. This smartphone comes equipped with noteworthy enhancements as compared to its predecessor, the Blackberry Z10. This overly priced smartphone comes with revolutionary specifications from a year ago. However, the smartphone does not have what it takes, to keep up with the tempo set by smartphones such as the Galaxy S5.

The specifications sheet of the Galaxy S5 when compared to the Blackberry Z30, boasts of a quad core 2.5 GHz processor, removable 2800 mAh battery, 16 or 32 GB of internal memory with 2GB RAM, expandable memory up to 128 GB through microSD card and a vibrant 5.1 inches touchscreen. These specs attract the attention of the prospective buyer when they hold the device in their hands for the first time. However, the fan base of Samsung can only be matched by that of the Apple. Most fans would not even compare the Samsung’s latest release with other devices and grab the smartphone instantly.
The Blackberry Z30 comes equipped with a 5 inches 720 pixels Super AMOLED touchscreen. The smartphone offers a solid list of specs to its user. The Z30 is powered with a dual core 1.7 GHz processor, internal memory of 16 GB with 2GB RAM, front camera of 2MP and a back camera of 8MP. The device has a bigger battery of 2880 mAh in comparison to the Galaxy S5. The smartphone also supports 4G connections. Unfortunately, for Blackberry these specs are from a year ago.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 promises a sensational designer smartphone that is sturdy to resist water and dust. The smartphone provides the users with a camera that would work, as you want it to. The S5 is light, solid and quick.
In comparison, the Blackberry Z30 comes in a black glass slab that provides an aesthetic sense that most of the smartphones are offering these days. The silver bar that comes at the bottom of the screen and runs along the edge caters a nice contrast to the user. The device measures 140.7mm x 72mm x 9.4mm in height, width and thickness. However, with these measurements this smartphone does not feel overly big with a 5 inch display.
The Blackberry Z30 is in competition with smartphones like Samsung Galaxy S5, which tops the chart when it comes to features and specs. The latter would be a smart purchase but the Z30 is also a good smartphone nonetheless. In such a competitive mobile market, a good smartphone does not necessarily mean good enough.
