All four of them posses 2 GB RAM.

The Galaxy S4 has the biggest storage capacity.

Having a 2300mAh battery, the HTC One can provide 18 hours of 3G talk time, while the Nexus 5 can provide around 17 hours of talk time with a similar 2300mAh battery.

The LG G2 has a potential of 17.5 hours talk time with its 3000mAh battery, while the Galaxy S4 can provide 17 hours talk time with a 2600mAh battery.

The Nexus 5 possesses a 8MP main camera and a 1.3 MP front one.

13MP cameras can be found on both the LG G2 and the Galaxy S4. The LG G2 has a 2.1 MP front camera, while the Galaxy S4 possesses a 2MP front camera.
