The asking price is cheap, but the company offers state of the art features and specs at affordable prices. This has been the marketing strategy of the company for a long time. It has paid off well, with the company gathering its own huge fan following.
The recently released Galaxy S3 Neo smartphone comes with great promise. The smartphone is believed to be an enhanced version of the Galaxy S3 smartphone. The device may look similar to the S3 variant. However, there may be some changes made, in terms of the features and the specifications. Regardless, the rumor goes that most are unchanged. We are here to discuss the differences between the Galaxy S3 Neo and the Galaxy S4 Zoom device. As the name suggests, the Zoom device is more of a camera rather than a phone. The device comes equipped with a 16MP sensor, coupled with 10x optical zoom feature. The question is, whether Samsung has successfully released its much-awaited high-end camera phone or has the company simply managed to place a camera on one of its improved smartphones? That question can be answered some other day; let us first compare the S3 Neo, to that of the S4 Zoom device.
Design
The Galaxy S3 Neo comes in similar design as the Galaxy S3 device. The smartphone is believed to come equipped with small improvements such as dual SIM card slots. On the other hand, the S4 Zoom is similar to the S4 Mini device. An asset to the S4 Zoom; the 16MP rear camera, offering a resolution of 4608×3456 pixels along with 10x optical zoom. The 15.4mm bulk in the S4 Zoom is mainly because of the rear camera, with 10x optical zoom. This would make single hand operation of the device, a major problem for some people.
Display and Dimensions
The S3 Neo device is believed to be equipped with a 4.8 inch Super AMOLED display, coupled with the resolution of 720×1280 pixels. The smartphone is believed to stand 136.6mm in stature and 70.8mm in breadth. In terms of thickness, the device is believed to be 8.6mm thick.
On the other hand, the S4 Zoom incorporates a 4.3 inch AMOLED multi touchscreen, having a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. The smartphone stands 125.5mm in stature, 63.5mm in breadth and 15.4mm in thickness. The bulk is because of the protruding camera at the back.
