Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8
The Galaxy Mega 5.8 costs more than double – 329dollars than the Galaxy S Duos, but that is because it has some impressive features. It has a 5.8inches TFT screen, so it’s a phablet. The screen resolution is 540x960pixels, but the pixel density is lower – 190ppi. It weights 182grams and its dimensions are 162.6×82.4x9mm and it looks somehow like the Galaxy S5. The processor is Dual-core 1.4GHz and it runs on the Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) OS with 1.5GB of RAM. The internal memory is of 8GB, it has an 8MP rear camera (autoflash) and a 1.9MP front camera. The battery is much more powerful – Li-Ion 2600mAh, which allows you to talk 12hours on 3G.
Verdict
These smartphones are both Dual Sim, but the Galaxy Mega 5.8 is more powerful and a lot more expensive. So, if you want an inferior phone that doesn’t cost that much, choose the Galaxy S Duos, but if you want a phone with a better camera, battery and processor, the Galaxy Mega 5.8 is perfect.
