The Nexus 4 with its sleek design is the fourth smartphone in the Google Nexus series. The Nexus 4 is available in black and white color only. The Nexus 4 is shipped with Android OS v4.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system that can be upgraded to v4.4.2 (KitKat).
The Nexus 5 is made from a polycarbonate shell externally, unlike its predecessor. The Nexus 5 is powered by 2.26 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU with 2GB RAM. This smartphone runs on Android OS v4.4 (KitKat) operating system that can be upgraded up to v4.4.3 (KitKat). The Li-Po non-removable 2300mAh battery offers talk-time and standby time up to 17 hours and 300 hours respectively.
There is not much difference between the prices of these two smartphones from LG Electronics. The Nexus 4 is billed at $374.99 whereas; the Nexus 5 is billed at just $399.99.
These smartphones from the Google Nexus series are priced reasonably for the common masses. However, there are not many features and specifications in these two smartphones in comparison to other smartphones available in the market.
