iBall Andi 4.5H vs. Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro – Specifications and Features Compared

Minor smartphone companies release the latest and updated smartphones in the market every day. The entry of iBall Andi 4.5H smartphone has increased the ever-increasing tally of smartphone companies in the mobile world. The Andi 4.5H is a medium-range smartphone, which has been released by the company, to come in direct competition with similar devices from LG and Samsung. The device comes with similar Android OS as that of the Samsung and LG, the focus would be on hardware specs.

Let us compare the iBall Andi 4.5H in terms of specifications and features to that of the Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro.

Design

The Galaxy Grand Quattro was released in the market in May 2013. The Galaxy Grand Quattro takes on a similar design as that of its predecessors. There is not much change to the design of the Galaxy Grand Quattro smartphone. The device encompasses the similar central home button, which is backed up by two touch-sensitive buttons. The smartphone is available in a thickness of 9.7mm. The Galaxy Grand Quattro is not the slimmest smartphone available in the present market. In comparison, the iBall Andi 4.5H offers a moderate distinction with respect to its design.

Display

The iBall Andi 4.5H appears to be a bulky handset. However, the device does not have physical buttons on it. The three touch sensitive buttons assist the decent 4.5-inch qHD screen. The Andi 4.5H comes with a higher resolution of 540 x 960 pixels in comparison to the 4.7 inch screen of the Galaxy Grand Quattro offering a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. However, the resolution specs were considered a standard feature in the state of the art smartphones some years ago.

Performance

Both the devices perform on par, when it comes to hardware performance. However, there is an enormous difference between the two devices with respect to hardware specs. A 1GHz dual core processor powers the iBall Andi 4.5 H smartphone. In comparison, the Galaxy Grand Quattro comprises of a 1.7GHz quad core processor. Both the devices contain a RAM of 1GB. However, the relative difference between the processor would tell the tale of smooth performance.

Operating System

The iBall Andi 4.5H device runs on Android version 4.0 operating system. The device offers a stock-like experience to the users. There are minimal delays as compared to the other Android based UI. The Galaxy Grand Quattro runs on the Android operating system, as other Samsung devices. However, the device offers all-embracing design customization with TouchWiz UI outline.
