Fallout 4 Release Date

Fallout 4 is one among the most wanted titles.

It has now been almost six years after the release of Fallout 3, the popular post-apocalyptic video game by Bethesda. Owing to the huge fan base and popularity that the game had earned, expectations have been very high to soon experience the thrill of playing a direct sequence to it in the form of Fallout 4. Supporting this statement, there have been plenty of rumors making rounds in the recent past that Fallout 4 is in the developmental phase and would soon be released. Ever since this rumor was released on the web, the official announcement of Fallout 4 release date has been eagerly anticipated by gaming enthusiasts from around the world.

Though no announcement of its release has been made officially, it is expected to be launched by the fall of next year

In few reports, Bethesda is supposed to have given a confirmation that they are working secretly on Fallout 4 following the Skyrim DLC release last year. The company was quoted as saying that the presumably Fallout 4 sequence will be their “best and biggest work yet.” This is a one-time and big project for them due to which they are developing the game at a slow and steady pace to make ideally perfect.

In the meanwhile, there have been some rumors that Fallout’s director has altered the way that the final result of the title has been perceived with a storm of guesswork arising that he replied to a query on the casting reports of the most-awaited series. He said that the firm has no plans for any particular time for the release of the game. There are also some gossips indicating that Bethesda has dropped Fallout 4 and handed over its development to Battle Studios, a new developer.

Some reports also point out that the game is most probable to be launched at the E3 2015 since it missed its launch at E3 2014. Recently, few sources   indicated that the forthcoming game will feature a choice of online multiplayer as the lead designer and project director for the earlier Fallout: Josh Sawyer, New Vegas, shared an interest to the game development. His plans would be to integrate an MMO component to it.

In the meantime, Gamescom is approaching and gaming franchise enthusiasts are again having hopes that the company will ultimately announce the date of release. The supposed event will happen in Cologne, Germany some time during August 2nd or 3rd week. Post release, it is expected to be available for Windows PC, the next-gen PlayStation 4, and Xbox One console.

Nonetheless, the rumors are to be considered with a grain of salt as no official statement from the company involved is still available to confirm these rumors.
