Microsoft Surface Pro 3 tablets are already in stores but currently you can buy only the one with the i5 processor.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 with the i5 processor comes in two variants of internal storage: 128GB and 256GB. The 128GB variant costs 999 dollars and the 256GB variant iss 1299 dollars on amazon.com
Panos Panay, the Microsoft vice president for surface computing, confirmed that the i3 and the i7 versions of the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 will come in stores at the beginning of August.
Panay added that the “Docking Station” for the new Microsoft Surface Pro 3 tablet is already on its way. However, he confirmed that it will not arrive until August 15, but it will be available for pre-order.
The tech giants confirmed that Microsoft Surface Pro is the ideal “tool” for business people who don’t want to choose between laptops and tablets, or to have both of them.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 Features & Specs
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 comes with a screen size of 12inches, supporting a resolution of 2160x1440pixels. The battery life can hold up to 9 hours of web browsing. It will come with 3 variants of processors that you can choose from: i7, i5 or i3.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 comes with all its predecessors’ features, such as: microSD card reader, headphone, mini displayport jacks, USB 3 port. It also comes with a customized kickstand, which can prop the device up a 150 degrees angle.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 also has Dolby front-facing speakers, which are 48% louder than Surface Pro 2’s old speakers.
