Nokia Lumia 925 vs Nexus 4 – Best Processor and Operating System Comparison

Finnish smartphone manufacturer Nokia launches the Lumia 925 handset in the smartphone arena with much expectation.

The Windows Phone is equipped with state of the art internal specifications. However, some criticize the handset for being overpriced as compared to similar high-end handsets available in the market, such as the Google Nexus 4, which provides the user superb features at a comparatively low price.

The Nokia Lumia comes equipped with great camera specifications. In comparison, the Google Nexus 4 offers a superb user interface to the user, featuring a pure stock Android operating system. However, the handset is competent enough to handle both simple and arduous tasks with ease.

In comparison, the Nokia Lumia 925 encompasses a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 quad core processor. The Adreno 225 graphic processor along with a RAM of 1GB powers the Nokia Lumia 925 handset. Regardless the spec sheet, the higher cost of the Lumia 925 handset is a disappointment, as similar features and performance can be received in lesser priced handset, as that of the LG Google Nexus 4.

Software

In terms of software, the Android based Nexus 4 edges out past the Windows Phone 8 operating system of the Nokia Lumia 925 handset. Comparing the two devices in terms of interface, both the Windows Phone and Android operating system come equipped with their own individuality, desperately trying to attract various other user bases. However, the Windows Phone operating system has a drawback in terms of number of games and applications, when compared to huge eco-system of Android based OS. However, Microsoft and Nokia are contemplating various methods to overcome this drawback successfully.

Both the handsets are almost equal in terms of features and specifications with a major difference in terms of price.
