Mass Effect Xbox One and PS4 Ready – Mass Effect 4 Gets Officially Confirmed?

If you are one of the Mass Effect Trilogy fans, then according to some reports you might enjoy playing the three games on the next-generation consoles, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, very soon! According to a report from Examiner, Mass Effect Trilogy is expected to be released on the next-generation consoles.

Examiner also reported that in case Mass Effect Trilogy will really be available on the next-generation consoles, the developers should work on fixing some bugs that the games had when they were released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It is also expected for the games to be released along with the DLC packs too.

In the meantime, Mass Effect 4’s release date was spotted on Amazon UK’s listing, which was set for December 31, 2014. However, there is no official announcement about that date and some earlier reports indicated that the game is expected to be released somewhere in October 2015.

Bioware shared a bit of Mass Effect 4 at this year’s E3, but they didn’t come with a gameplay video, which suggests that the game is far away from being completed. A spokesperson from BioWare confirmed recently that Mass Effect 4 is somewhere at the halfway of being completed. It is believed that Mass Effect 4’s development started in late of 2012 and it may be released somewhere in the upcoming year, if the developers will not encounter any problems. To accelerate the development of Mass Effect 4, BioWare will most likely use the tools that they created for “Dragon Age Inquisition” game.

BioWare is expected to come with Mass Effect 4 at E3 2015, with more information about the game and probably a gameplay trailer also.

Do you think that BioWare will come with their Mass Effect 4 sooner than expected or the game will be postponed even more?
