iPhone 6 5.5inch Will Be Available With Optical Image Stabilization On Its Camera

Rumors about iPhone 6 continue to appear every day and there are only a few days left until its release. Some last reports say that the phablet variant of the iPhone 6, with a 5.5inch display, is expected to come with optical image stabilization on its camera. This feature is found on most of the smartphones that got released in the last months. Apple will try to surprise the iPhone fans with their new iPhone 6 in many ways and they might catch up with the Android devices.

This information about iPhone 6’s camera features came after the luxury phone designer Feld & Volk, leaked a short video that was updated on YouTube, showing the rumored iPhone 6. Soon after the video was uploaded on the internet, MacRumors reviewed it and reported that the iPhone 6 will come with a screen resolution of 1334×750 pixels. MacRumors also said that the iPhone 6 5.5inch variant camera will feature optical image stabilization.

Optical Image Stabilization is a feature that will help phone users to take crisp pictures. This feature has been added to Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 and LG’s G3. According to some reports, the iPhone 6 4.7inch variant will most likely not come with the OIS feature because the larger module will not fit on the design of the rear shell, which suggests that the 4.7inch variant will have a different camera module.

Some other images that MacRumors received show a protective mesh for microphone, speaker and the power button has a rubber seal around it. With other words, we can expect that the iPhone 6 will most likely be resistant to water and dust.

We will hear more details about the iPhone 6 in the upcoming days, since the phone is expected to be unveiled on September 9.
