GTA 5 PS4 Listing Spotted On Playstation Store

Finally, we have spotted a listing for GTA 5 on the Playstation Store and the game has been pegged at a price tag of $49.99.

The exciting news was spotted by a Youtuber who also found out that the game’s beta testing streams have been spotted in Steam’s database. So, is Rockstar actually keeping up their promise? There was plenty of confusion some time ago when it was said that the company is no longer interested in making the game for PC.

It was advertised by a marketing firm that worked closely with Rockstar and many believed it to be true. However, the company later clarified in their official forum that it is a rumor and there is no such decision in the pipeline to stop the PC version. The company never revealed an actual release date that caused all this chaos but it looks like the release date is close by.

PS4 and Xbox One Listings

The newly released video found on the Youtuber’s channel show GTA 5 being listed on the Playstation Store. The next gen version of the game comes with an affordable price tag and you will also get GTA Online completely free with the purchase. The Store listing doesn’t end there because it shows a whole lot of other games as well, including NBA 2K14, Alien Isolation, Drive Club and Need for Speed Rivals.

The sad news is that you will no longer be able to see the listing on the website because it has been taken down. Maybe, the company revealed it earlier than originally planned before Rockstar could make an official announcement. It is to be noted that the original announcement was made during Sony’s E3 press conference.

Release Date Is Near

With all these rumors and leaks happening simultaneously, we know one thing for sure. The release date for GTA 5 is very near and we may get to play the game very soon. During the E3 show, the company said that they are aiming at a Fall release and many leaked online listings pointed to the month of November. If it is to be believed, the game should arrive within the next two months on PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Besides, a random beta tester played the game for over five hours on Steam and confirmed its presence on the Windows platform as well. We now have a rough idea of its pricing, so let’s wait together for the official word.
