GoPro Unveiled Their New Hero 4 Black and Hero 4 Silver – Gorgeous Details

GoPro unveiled yesterday, September 29, Hero 4 – the highest performance capture device that the company ever made. Hero 4 is available in two editions: Hero 4 Black and Hero 4 Silver.

The Hero 4 Black edition will cost 499.99 dollars, while the Hero 4 Silver Edition will be 100 dollars cheaper.

Hero 4 Black edition comes with 2x the performance its predecessor has and now captures at cinema quality 4K video at 30 FPS (frames per second), 2.7K Video at 50 FPS and 1080p at 120 FPS. Along with these outstanding features, the Hero 4 Black Edition also comes with a redesigned audio system which captures high quality sound with 2x the dynamic range the previous editions have. The new GoPro camera also comes with low light performance, improved image quality, and a better user interface which allows you to discover and access key features and controls easier. The Hero 4 Black Edition comes with the best features the GoPro ever brought to any of their Hero devices.

The Hero 4 Silver comes with the same image quality as the Hero 4 Black, but it misses the high performance video capture models as we told you above (the 4K video at 30 FPS, 2.7K video at 50 FPS, 1080p video at 120 FPS), but it comes with a nice built-in touch display.

The new HERO 4 devices will be released on October 5, on GoPro’s official website and will be sold by some worldwide retailers.

More new features that both devices come with

Protune mode

This mode allows you to take manual control of your GoPro device and customize the sharpness, color, exposure controls and ISO limit for both video and photo capture.

Finding easier the important videos

HiLight Tag allows you to mark photos and videos with a push on a button while recording the video. This will allow you to find the video faster without having to look at all the videos to get the one it interest you the most.

QuikCapture

With QuickCapture you will power on and start recording with a press of a single button. When this feature is enabled with a single press on a button it will start the video capture, while holding the button it starts the Time Lapse photo capture.

High quality audio

The new Hero 4 comes with a total re-designed internal audio system which will give a better sound quality with 2x the dynamic range the previous devices had.
