Fans who were eagerly waiting to know more about Call of Duty Advanced Warfare and the co-op mode that Sledgehammer games promised them, can rejoice.
The studio co-founder Michael Condrey in a recent Twitter message said that the studio is all set to discuss about the co-op feature in the game with a trailer shortly. Actually, they have said that it will be revealed before the end of September which is really close.
So, we assume that this information will be available this week or most probably the next. That’s not a long wait right? The studio confirmed the news as well and as everyone else, we are really excited to know what unique ideas that the game developers are planning to introduce into the game.
A New Trailer Awaits
From what the founder of Sledgehammer games revealed, we expect a new co-op trailer for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare to land shortly. The video as it has always been with tradition will reveal more features about the game, the co-op mode, various weapons found in it and the matches that will take place. Condrey in his Twitter feed said, “It’s hot, imo,” about the video and if he says it’s good then we have to believe it. He didn’t share any specific details about this mode but from the way he publicizes it and is excited about it, we can be sure that there is something more to look forward to when the video launches.
Confirmed Modes
So far, we know that Call of Duty Advanced Warfare will have three different modes within the game. While there are no details on any other additional modes, these will be the confirmed ones. They are the single player campaign mode, multi-player mode as well as co-op mode. There were similar modes found in Modern Warfare as well. In one co-op type, you will have different maps with different objectives.
The goal is to successfully get it done with the help of a friend and both have to work in unison to finish it. Similarly, in Modern Warfare 3 we saw the co-op survival mode where waves of enemies will come after you and the more you survive, the higher you will score.
Call of Duty Advanced Warfare launches on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and older generation consoles this November. The game features actor Kevin Spacey in the lead which is one of its chief selling point besides the exosuits.
