The developers at Ubisoft who are working on the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Unity strongly believes that it will be the best title ever made, because they have put in all their combined efforts and years of experience together.
They have been working in the series since 2007 and have always had their heart in making the franchise better every time. “In our effort to make it better, we pushed the game’s limits often and this time we are confident that it is the best ever made with all the features that gamers will look forward into it,” said its developers’ team during a recent interview.
They believe that the franchise has managed to stay on top of the competition because it has a team whose members are personally involved in creating the right Assassin’s Creed every time. They have sustained the interest for almost a decade now, which is not an easy task, but it was made possible due to the developers’ dedication to their job.
We’ve Been Lucky – Amancio
Sharing his views about the game, Assassin’s Creed Unity creative director Alex Amancia said, “We have been doing this for a long time. We have gotten down to the science and sometimes we even feel that something is missing whenever a new game gets made. But, it’s all a matter of time before the developers come up with some interesting idea. People who are behind this product love it. The Assassin’s Creed people are like a huge family and we definitely love this brand to the core. It’s unimaginable for us to see this ball drop that is we can never see the game go down in quality. We will always be working to make the best possible game. The heart and the level of professionalism shown as always pulled us through the same.”
Yearly Release Is Not Easy
The creative director had one strong point to deliver. He wanted gamers to know that it is not easy delivering a game every year. When they went down with the idea for Assassin’s Creed Unity, it was really tough to see what they should offer the gamers. The four player c-op came into picture which finally took shape as more got involved in it. “After seeing the great response at E3 and Gamescom, we are sure that we have made the right decision in going with this co-operative game play mechanism,” said Amancia.
For the first time in so many years, Ubisoft is gearing up to release two different games in the same series on the same day. Assassin’s Creed Unity will come to Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC whereas it’s older generation counterpart Assassin’s Creed Rogue will come to Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Both the games are scheduled to get launched on November 11. It was originally a two weeks earlier release for Unity but the developers delayed its date to match the Rogue’s stating that they needed time to polish the game. We hope they have done a good job of it.
