The updates of Androids have been performed in a couple of phases every time. While there are systems that run on the Android 4.4.4, some are still in line for the Android 4.4.3. The same is happening to devices like HTC, Samsung, LG or Motorola. Luckily, there are some products that are getting the upgrade; those are Samsung Galaxy S4, LG G2, Samsung Galaxy S5 or Nexus and HTC devices.
Samsung is well known for its initial flagship faster upgrade than the other companies. The Samsung Galaxy S5 and Samsung Galaxy S4 were related to be given the update June and then in July. If the upgrade will not be done in August, it should be a September straightens. Motorola managed to incorporate the updates for Android 4.4.4 on Android 4.4.3. People might be able to skip the updates, if Samsung can do that.
Compared to Samsung latest smartphones, LG G2 and G3 are not as powerful in sales part. However, they have sales that are significant to worth monitoring their upgrades. LG G2 and G3 run on Androids 4.4.2. The company has kept the updates but Android believes that Android 4.4.3 is a couple of weeks off with the Android L set in the following months.
Another company, HTC, was in spotlight when it apparently drop down getting updates for its smartphones on time. Even so, the update named Android 4.4.3 was launched for HTC one M8 unlocked variants to T-Mobile and Sprint and the HTC one M7 would definitely follow its steps.
As said, Motorola launched the Android 4.4.3 update with fixes in Android 4.4.4 for Moto G and Moto X. Thus, the adjustments are still depending on carriers. Moto E, by the reports, is not yet certified to get the Android L update opposed to the two above-mentioned.
