Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Multiplayer Reveal Exclusively On Xbox Live

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare is all set to go big at the Gamescom 2014 event to be held in Cologne, Germany.

For the uninitiated, Gamescom is an annual games festival similar to the Electronic Entertainment Expo held in the U.S., but this one takes place in Europe and has a better emphasis on titles that are relevant to their market. So, you will be seeing more of PC games and many companies that usually don’t show their presence at the E3 2014 event.

The big news at the moment is Microsoft has signed up an exclusive deal, with Activision, to show the big multiplayer reveal on Xbox Live. It is going to be an important event, because most players are already familiar with the single player campaign, which was revealed in a recent trailer; but we are yet to know what the multiplayer has in its gameplay. The story trailer also showed a small peek into what could possibly be a Titanfall lookalike game where you can jump using jet packs or exo skeleton in this case, but given the experience Sledgehammer has in this genre, this could be much better than Respawn Entertainment’s game.

Xbox Exclusive Reveal

News with regards to Gamescom 2014 is already flowing in and this exclusive Call of Duty Advanced Warfare multiplayer reveal was announced by Major Nelson from the Xbox division. He will be accompanied by multiple people from Sledgehammer games and Xbox social marketing manager Graeme Boyd, during this live event, where they will be showing off the new features that are being infused into the game. There will also be a question and answer session, where industry experts as well as fans can pose their doubts, which will be clarified by the entire team.

From the looks of it, it is definitely going to be a great way to have a first look into the multiplayer aspect. The official multiplayer stream is scheduled to take place on August 11 during the Gamescom 2014 event at 1 PM EST and it is also the venue where a completely new multiplayer reveal trailer will be debuted. Microsoft has also scheduled a press conference on August 12 which is said to be the day when the company plans to show off some big surprises.

Exclusive DLC

Xbox One platform from Microsoft is going to have a dedicated DLC for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare when it gets released. The company has been marketing their console using this game and we hope all goes well for the platform because it should sustain, so that Sony continues to make their Playstation 4 better. When they lose the competition, they will automatically give up on their quest to deliver the best gaming experience. The new generation consoles have very few titles to look into and we hope before the end of 2014, they get all the anticipated games including Alien Isolation, Shadow of Mordor, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, Assassins Creed Unity, Far Cry 4 among many others, to have a decent game library to look in to.
