The performance will be excellent in both the devices but the potential buyer should know what these two smartphones offer. The HTC offers the greatest and latest gear, beating the last year’s Galaxy S4 device. However, the difference in terms of price and software would decide the winner.


The price is the deciding factor in most of the smartphone comparisons. However, the HTC One M8’s 32GB variant comes at a price of $199. Now, with the release of the Galaxy S5, the price of the S4 device has dropped considerably. Our advice: choose the smartphone that suits your requirements.


Carrier option and availability of the device also prove to be major differences between whether the masses prefer it or not. The HTC One M8 is available on Verizon, Sprint and AT&T. In comparison, the Galaxy S4 is available with Metro PCS, US Cellular, AIO, Cricket and more.
