Samsung Galaxy Note Pro – LG G Pad 8.0 – Best Prices and Specs Comparison

LG has confirmed the LG G Pad 8.0 around the first quarter of 2014, but they did not release it yet while Samsung have already launched their new tablet, The Samsung Galxay Note Pro 12.2 and it gained a lot of popularity. Will the LG G Pad 8.0 defeat the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2?

This device will come it all the normal features a new tablet has, but it will also have some new features that are worth mentioning.

Design & display

The tablet will have a IPS LCD big display of 8 inch, but it has a problem. The problem is that the display doesn’t have the resolution it should have for a 8 inch screen. The pixel resolution is below 200ppi.  The display will have features like light sensor and multi touch. Regarding the design the screen goes very good with the dimensions of the tablet, and it looks nice.

Specifications, Camera & Battery

The LG G Pad 8.0 runs on a quad-core processor. The tablet has only one camera of 5 MP, the camera does not have auto focus and flash, it only has geo-tagging. The tablet has 1 GB of RAM available but it is not as much as we expected from it because the tablets is supposed to run at a high performance. Also the G Pad 8.0 has a 4200 mAh, and its not the best battery that the device could receive, they could have done better considering that the tablet is pricey.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 has become quite popular since its release and that is because the tablet delivered great performance. What everyone’s question is that new Samsung tablet can hold its ground  when the LG G Pad 8.0 gets released.

The Note Pro 12.2 sports a 12.2 inch screen that has a bright resolution of 247ppi. The screen is the super clear LCD which is one of Samsung’s signature features. The screen has been designed to resists in any professional environment. The design of the tablet looks smooth and stylish.

The tablet runs on Android KitKat operating system. It has a quad-core processor that has been clocked at 2.3 GHz. The device will have 3 GB of RAM available. It has a battery that has double capacity than the battery of the G Pad 8.0, the battery has 9500 mAh. This tablet is oriented towards high-performance. Also this device has fast 4 G support. The camera of this device is a 8 MP camera that can record videos at 1080p.

Overall

The Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 is best tablet here, and it can easily hold is place as the best right now. What LG needs to do is add new feature to the LG G Pad 8.0 before it gets released to be able to compete with the Note pro 12.2.
