Camera
All three devices have great specs when it comes to the camera.
Regarding the primary camera, we can see that the Lumia 1520 has the best camera of 20MP, the Galaxy Note 3 and the G Flex both having 13MP main cameras.

Processor and operating system
The processor that powers the Galaxy Note 3 is a quad core working at 2.3 GHz which is paired up with a Snapdragon 800 chipset from Qualcomm. Samsung’s phablet runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.3.
The processor that powers the Lumia 1520 is a quad core working at 2.2 GHz that is also paired with a Snapdragon 800 chipset from Qualcomm. The smartphone comes with Adreno 330 graphics chip. The operating system the Nokia runs on is Windows Phone 8 Black.
The processor that powers the G Flex is a quad core processor working at 2.26 GHz. The chipset that comes along is the same as the other two have: the Snapdragon 800 from Qualcomm. This device has Adreno 330 GPU same as the Lumia 1520. The OS that the LG runs on is Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2.
Battery
The most powerful battery is housed by the G Flex which has a capacity of 3500 mAh. Next in line is the Lumia 1520 with a Li-Ion battery that has a capacity of 3400 mAh. The Galaxy Note 3 is tooled with a 3200mAh Li-Ion battery unit.
