The Samsung Galaxy S5 is equipped with a Super AMOLED display measuring 5.1 inches that can render a resolution of 1080 x 1920. The dimensions for this device are 142 x 72.5 x 8.1 mm, while the weight of the handset is of 145 g.
The display seen on the iPhone 5 is a smaller (4 inches) IPS LCD display that is LED-backlit and that can render a lesser resolution of 640 x 1136 pixels. This device is thinner (dimensions: 123.8 x 58.6 x 7.6 mm) as well as lighter (weight 112 g).
The Nexus 5 is tooled with a True HD IPS+ display that measures 4.95 inches, which makes it bigger than the iPhone, but smaller than the Galaxy S5. The processor of the iPhone 5 is a Swift processor (dual core working at 1.3 GHz) and it is paired with the Apple A6 chipset. The device supports only 1GB of RAM, but it comes with three options for internal memory: 16GB, 32GB and 64GB (there is no microSD slot). The iPhone 5 runs on iOS 6 (upgradable to iOS 7).

The Nexus 5 and iPhone 5 have similar rear-facing camera: 8MP camera with features like autofocus, optical image stabilization and LED flash. Where the devices differ is the secondary camera: the iPhone 5 has a 1.2MP camera, while the Nexus 5 is equipped with a 1.3MP shooter.
Battery
If you’re looking for a long lasting battery, between the three, Samsung would be your best choice. The smartphone houses a Li-Ion battery unit with a capacity of 2800 mAh which is estimated to last around 20 hours of talking time.
Next in line is the Nexus 5 with a Li-Po 2300 mAh battery unit that can last up to 17 hours of talking time (3G).
The iPhone 5 shows off a Li-Po 1440 mAh battery that is approximated to last around 8 hours of talking time (3G).
