More and more rumors say that Minecraft for the next-generation consoles PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and PlayStation Vita will not come out in August, as expected. It seems that the release will be delayed until September, which infuriated a lot of Minecraft fans.
The first thing indicating that these versions might be released later than it was expected is that a recent TV ad for PS Vita displays this text – “out in September”. However, this might be a delay only for the PS Vita version, since the ad doesn’t include PS4 and Xbox One versions in it.
But in the same time, 4J studios tweeted a few days ago that they are still fixing the bugs found on these versions and this might really mean that the release date will get a delay for all the 3 platforms.
A Fallout fan makes a great location in Minecraft
While we are all focusing on the upcoming versions of Minecraft, a Fallout fan made an awesome location in Minecraft. The project is called “Project Capital Wasteland” and it aims to recreate Fallout 3 in Minecraft.
Using the powerful Minecraft a Fallout fan made one of the most ironic locations from Fallout 3. This is not the first time when someone creates a Fallout location in Minecraft, as we all know the Fallout Deadstate adventure map, but it is the first time when someone recreates a location from Fallout 3 and does a very good job. Project Capital Wastelands will be continued and it aims to recreate the whole map, no matter how long it will take.
Dvnt6, from Reddit, is the creator of the map and he used the textures from Fallout 3, which include the grass and objects from the Last Days texture pack to create this great location in Minecraft. Dvnt6 confirmed that he plans to create a good part of the world from Fallout 3 – the Capital Wasteland and areas that are surrounding it.
