iPhone 6 vs Moto X+1 – Next Motorola Beats Apple?

Here are four reasons why we think Motorola’s flagship can beat the upcoming iPhone 6:

We haven’t heard anything about the official release date of the Moto X+1, but a Brazilian retail player already revealed the specifications and features of this flagship.

According to Droid Life, the Moto X+1 comes with a 5.2inches Full HD display, which supports a resolution of 1920x1080pixels; it runs on the Android KitKat 4.4.4 OS with 2GB of RAM; it’s powered by a 2.26GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chip; it has a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera; 32GB of internal memory (expandable up to 128GB); a battery of 2900mAh; Bluetooth; WiFi, 4G/3G/2G + it supports NFC.

With these specs, the Moto X+1 can compete easily with the iPhone6, which will be released this September. And we have four reasons to believe that Motorola’s flagship can beat Apple’s upcoming phone.

Cool features

Even if Motorola mentioned last year that the company doesn’t aim to compete with other giants, it seems that they managed to integrate some cool features on the Moto X+1, such as “Always On”, which “wakes up” the phone easily. But is this practical spec good enough to compete with Apple’s iPhone that comes with a 64-bit A8 chip and a screen with the size of 5.5inches?

Virtually unlimited storage space

The Moto X+1 is expected to host 32GB of internal memory that can be expected up to 128GB with a microSD card. There are rumors according to which Apple’s iPhone will come with a 128GB variant of internal storage, but if this won’t happen – and we all know that all the previous models had only unexpandable memories – the Moto X+1 will beat the iPhone 6 at this chapter.

OS

In the past, Apple had a better mobile computing environment, but according to experts, it seems that Google has improved its OS in order to offer a more satisfying user experience.

Price

The Moto X+1 will cost around 400 dollars, which was the price of the Moto X when it was released. The iPhone 6 will cost 850 dollars, so it’s obviously that many smartphone lovers will want to spend less money on a device that has high-end specs. The Motorola X+1 will be released somewhere between August and September.
