Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 functions on Android 4.4 KitKat whereas Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 is running on Android4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Tab Pro 8.4 works thanks to its 2,3GHz dual core krait processor and its Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset that uses 2GB of RAM.
Tab 3 works on Samsung’s Exynos 4 1,5GH dual core ARM Cortex A9 processor that uses 1,5GB of RAM. Tab Pro 8.4 has an Adreno 330 graphic card whereas Tab 3 8.0 uses an ARM Mali-400 MP4 graphics processor.

Both devices have only one variant of internal memory of 16GB that can be improved to 64GB using a micro SD, micro SDHC, and micro SDXC cards support.
