The Samsung Galaxy S3 is powered with the company’s Exynos 4 1.4GHz Cortex-A9 quad processor. The device has internal storage of 16, 32, or 64GB with 1GB RAM. The smartphone runs on Android v4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

The Google Nexus 4 is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro 1.5GHz quad core processor. It has an internal memory of 8 or 16GB with 2GB of RAM. The device runs on Android v4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, upgradable to Android v4.4.4 KitKat.


Price marks the biggest difference between Samsung Galaxy S3 and Google Nexus 4. The Galaxy S3 is priced at $199.99, whereas; the Google Nexus is priced at $374.99.

The Galaxy S3 is until date a superb smartphone. Its design and build quality is excellent. The company has incorporated an impressive range of hardware and software features in the smartphone. On the other hand, the Google Nexus 4 is a good bargain, keeping in mind its storage capacity. The device has almost all the features that a high-end smartphone would encompass. The Google Nexus 4 comes at half the price that people expect to pay for other smartphones with similar features.
