Both of the Nokia models come with IPS LCD screens that render a resolution of 480×800 pixels, but the Lumia 525 has a smaller display with the size of 4inches, while the Lumia 625’s display is of 4.7inches.
Being smaller – 119.9x64x9.9milimeters – the Lumia 525 is weighting 124grams, being 35grams lighter than the Lumia 625, which is measuring 133.3×72.3×9.2milimeters.
Hardware and OS

The Lumia 525 has 1GB of RAM and runs on the MWP 8 Black, while the Lumia 625 runs on the MWP 8 OS, upgradeable to the WP8 Black and has only 512MB of RAM.
Cameras
Both of the phones have a 5MP camera but besides autofocus, Lumia 625’s camera has also features such as LED flash. In addition, this smartphone comes with a VGA secondary camera.
Batteries
You can talk 10hours and a half on 3G, or if you’re in the mood to listen to music, 2 days will last the Lumia 525’s battery, which has the capacity of 1430mAh. The Lumia 625’s battery is non-removable and has a capacity of 2000mAh, which allows you to talk 15hours on 3G, or to listen to music for 90hours.
