Nexus 8 Release With Android 4.5 Lollipop

Until now we didn’t have specific leads regarding the Google’s Nexus 8’s release date, until a codenamed “Flounder” showed up on a website of a developer. Google is known for naming its tablets with sea creatures, and it might keep up with tradition.

Google’s I/O will be held on June 25-26, 2014 and we didn’t have any solid leaks of the Nexus 8 until the website “MyDrivers” posted a few photos. According to MyDrivers, these photos are exclusive and 100% real.

However, the users should not be 100% sure of what these rumors say, even if most of them are later confirmed to be true, sometimes websites like these are wrong.

The photos which were posted on MyDrivers website, showed some large icons on the display of the tablet.

In concordance with “Design and Trend”, there were quite a lot of rumors about the Nexus 8 for some time already. Many reports said that this device will come with a 64bits processor. If anyone has doubts about this device, “Myce” website reported that they spotted the Nexus 8 under the codenames “Volantis” and “Flounder”.

Google also gave us a hint when they uploaded a picture on their I/O website with a person who plays a Race game on a tablet. A lot of analysts thought that the tablet is the Nexus 8. Some other reported that the Nexus 8 will come with Android 4.5 Lollipop OS, a 64bit Qualcomm processor and 3GB of RAM.

However, we did not hear anything about Google yet regarding their upcoming tablet, but we will most likely hear more at Google I/O’s event from next week.
