Nexus 6 Release Date With Android 4.5 Lollipop Update

If you constantly keep an eye on the tech world, you have probably noticed already that the price for Nexus 5 has been seriously altered.

You do not have to be a genius to realize that the manufacturer is trying to sell as many models as possible before showing up with something new. At the same time, Android KitKat 4.4.3 is not the most powerful system on the market today. It has some problematic glitches that have drawn a lot of negative attention. Therefore, they need to be fixed too. All in all, it looks like the Nexus 6 release date with new Android 4.5 Lollipop update are very likely to be mixed together in one huge release. No one can tell exactly whether or not the two releases will be done in one shot, but they will at least hit the market one close to another.

Sadly enough for the fans, there were a few rumors and reports that indicated a cancellation. It was said that Nexus 6 would be delayed for 2015. Fortunately for the enthusiasts, the official Twitter account of Android has come up with some blurry and unknown pictures. They looked like a concept, so they were immediately taken for a brief representation on the sixth Nexus. When you think about the Nexus 5 cutout costs, there are almost no doubts that the new gadget will be released by the end of the year.

The Android KitKat 4.4.3 problems

Android KitKat 4.4.3 problems have hit the market in June, when Google put it on more Nexus models. Its primary purpose was to clear some of the past mistakes and bugs, not to mention about boosting the performance. While these objectives were successfully achieved, the new update also had its own bugs. Therefore, old bugs were replaced by new issues. Therefore, Google has to handle these corrections too in order to come up with a good and flawless release.

Common Nexus 6 expectations

There are several expectations regarding Nexus 6. The gadget is also said to beat the upcoming iPhone 6 from some points of view. For example, the main rear camera might go up to 13MP, which is an exquisite jump. Other than that, the internal memory depends on the users’ preferences. Practically, you might be able to choose between 64GB, 32GB and 16GB. While it looks like plenty of memory for most activities, avid users who need more can still expand it with micro SD cards. So far, Nexus products did not have this option. The sixth generation is expected to finally work with the users’ necessities in mind. As for the actual RAM, there are not too many rumors around, yet most specialists expect about 2GB of RAM.

Since Google has always been greedy of its users’ information, you should not be surprised if Nexus 6 comes with a fingerprint scanner. Some people might be chased away by such a new feature though. All in all, if Google really does it, at least it should try to do it better than Samsung.

Nexus 6 Release Date With New Android Update

Nexus 5 was announced at the end of October, 2013. By November, it was already on the market. The good news is that Google does move fast. The bad news is that no official announcements have been made about Nexus 6 yet. Therefore, it is hard to estimate the release date. Most probably, Google will try to push for a release date before Apple’s iPhone 6, which is estimated for the fall season. Therefore, expect to hear more details and rumors within the next weeks and months. An official announcement will most likely become a hype in the tech world.
