Mute Group for Longer Time
We have a limited time duration for which you can mute our groups. WhatsApp will now offer you the option of putting your group on mute for a hundred years. Greater flexibility will be added as you have options like a month, a year and a century. You can choose this option and stay free from the hassles of group notification.
Not only this, there are reports that there will be provision to completely turn off the group notifications as it won’t even pop on your notification bar. This is best for those who have nothing to do with the group messages, but are not willing to exit such groups.
Easy Sharing
Another tweak which will be done is with regards to the multimedia file. A camera button will be added beside the recording option and this makes it much easier to share pictures because you do not have to hover to the add media button. If you want to share a picture, you can just click the camera button and pick the image from your gallery.
The other features that will be added remain unknown at this time. However, one can clearly see that Facebook team is trying hard to make the right impression and all the major updates that have been launched since the takeover has been impressive to say the least.
