Galaxy S5 wascreated to run on 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Krait and the Nexus 5 on 2.26 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800. The phone came out with the Android 4.4 KitKat, but the owners upgraded it to newer versions, while Samsung’s smartphone had Android 4.4.2 KitKat on it.
Both phones have two variants of internal memories: 16 GB and 32 GB that can be expanded by up to 128 GB.

Galaxy S5 has a 2800 mAh battery that allows you to talk about 21 hours on the phone or to keep on stand by time almost 390 hours.
Nexus 5 has a 2300 mAh and you can talk about 17 hours continuously. In standby mode, the battery lasts 300 hours. If you access the internet on Wi-Fi, the battery lasts over eight hours, and on LTE, it lasts seven hours.
