With the Mobile World Congress 2014 over, comparing Samsung Galaxy S5 and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was inevitable. Even though they belong to different series, there is not much to say in terms of differences, since both feature a similar design, performance and other features. Both of them come along with a front and rear-facing camera, but still, the Galaxy S5 has a higher pixel front-facing camera of 2.1MP compared to the Galaxy Note 3’s of 2MP. Moreover, you can also notice the difference between their rear-facing cameras, since S5’s has 16MP, as opposed to Note 3’s 13MP. Furthermore, S5 relies on its capacity to shoot crisp action in vivid detail, capturing 4K videos just like its opponent. The slight difference is probably the advanced auto-focus feature of the Galaxy S5, which is lacking in Galaxy Note 3.
Even though there are several areas where Samsung Galaxy Note 3 might be the winner, there are many more that vote in favor of Galaxy S5. Beyond its performance, this smart phone is also easier to carry and handle, not to mention that you will have no problems using only one of your hands while tapping on its screen. However, the Galaxy Note 3 is undoubtedly a phablet with many advantages, which definitely makes it stand out compared to its opponent.
