The patch for the forthcoming update for Minecraft PS3 edition is being tested at the Sony labs.
The changelog will feature several fixes. It has also been established that such areas as voice chat, zombie loot, audio, splitscreen features and others need to be worked on for better player experience.
Expected Fixes at a Glance

Some dispenser villager eggs do not seem to produce random professions. Iron Golems also need to stop their attacks in the wake of killing a skeleton. There is also a problem when animals climb cobblestone walls. The developers also need to look at the issue of attaching fences to cobblestone wall.

• Failure for the Invisibility portion to make sheep invisible
• Invisible tamed wolves can be seen when swimming
• Correct the tendency for the online ID being visible in the invisibility segment.
• Correct the tendency for fixed network players to rotate between two varying positions
• The audio is not synchronized
• The exit sounds come in a pair, from anvil menus and the crafting.
Minecraft PS3 in the Element
Although the game does not come with all the flashy and advanced features you may see in other versions, Minecraft PS3 retains a magnetic ability to captivate its fans. It is an addictive, yet simple game that fronts enough challenge for the player yet holding a realistic promise for victory. The survival instinct of having to source for all requisite resources to construct a formidable base is an attractive challenge. By the time you get down to the enderdragon to beat you will have exercised your wit and pushed it to the edge, enough to make you appreciate the dynamism inherent in the game.
