S4 earlier operated on 4.2 Jelly Bean Android platforms that has now upgraded to the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat. Apple only offers 1GB of RAM space in its 5S series of phones. Samsung on the other hands offers double the RAM space in S4.

Galaxy S4 comes with a 2MP front camera and a 13MP rear camera. iPhone 5S on the other hand offers a 8MP rear camera along with LED flash as well as BSI.
