Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 vs Google Nexus 7 (2013) vs Xolo Play Tegra Note – Price and Specs Comparison

The Nexus 7 is an excellent tablet and it could be far above its competitors if it could support MicroSD cards to expand the internal memory. Google’s supremacy is “threatened” by Xolo, an Indian tech company that teamed up with Nvidia and created the Play Tegra Note, a very fast tablet. We decided to add Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 3 T211 in the equation, which seems a little baby compared to its rivals.

Displays

The Nexus 7 and the Xolo tablet have the same screen size – 7inches, but they support different resolutions and ppi: Nexus 7’s full HD display renders a resolution of 920x1080pixels and supports 323ppi, a lot higher compared to Play Tegra Note‘s display that supports only 1280x800pixels and 216ppi.

On the third position we find the Galaxy Tab 3 with a screen resolution of 1024x600pixels and 169ppi.

The Indian tech firm Xolo teamed up with Nvidia and made the Play Tegra Note, which is powered by 1.8GHz CPU on the Tegra 4 chipset.

The Galaxy Tablet 3 is slower compared to its rivals, because it has only a 1.2GHz Dual-core CPU.

The Play Tegra Note has 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage – expandable up to 32GB.

The Galaxy Tab 3 (T211) has also 1GB of RAM, but only 8GB of internal memory, expandable also up to 32GB.
